My haircut generally consists of a Number 1, so technically not that challenging. That said, the team at Hairloom make me feel welcome, offer a cup of coffee and give their apologies for the delay - all of 10 minutes if I drop in without an appointment.The salon is bright, spacious, well laid out and clean. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Prices are very reasonable and I've always come away with a spring in my step.Recommended!

This was the most negative hair experience in my life. I was insulted for wanting ash blond hair, and told that men dont get that colour. So automatically i felt uncomfortable as well as bullied for being gay. I was treated like a child and was made out that it was such a hassle to do what i wanted to my hair. The colour was all wrong and i was charged over a 100 dollars just to get tips put in and toner. The colour is terrible and i have had to spend more money to get the colour out as they didnt bother rectifying the unhappy result. My hair was not even washed, just rinsed. No head, scalp massage. I wouldnt go back if you paid me. They have no common courtesy and not helpful at all. Considering im not from Perth, it put a bad taste in my mouth with customer service/satisfaction in this city. Poor form

Wow! Just wow! Fantastic! Booked a “rescue appointment” to fix another botched haircut earlier in the week...I could not believe the results when I was finished! Impeccable and amazing. Connie and the team are fantastic and have an amazing skill set between them. The young lady who coloured my hair was also fantastic with great advice. I also utilised their Kerastase hair diagnosis tool, which is a camera to look at your health of your hair (very closely). I was given a new regime to “feed” my hair, and after only two weeks my hair is like silk but with great body. I’ll be back for sure. 100% recommended and ethically operated. A place you can trust.

Angie is an absolute diamond find in this industry! Had hair and make up done for a concert and she completely nailed the look I was going for!!! And after 3 hours of dancing the night away I still looked fantastic both hair and make up! Thanks Angie and was lovely to meet you xxx

Trenz is a world class hair salon. I’ve had many good experiences here, especially with one very quality barber that goes by the name of Gaffa Dedomenico. He cut my hair so well, and I didn’t even need shin pads! He was absolutely top class on grass and can swing a ball into the top bins with no dramas at all. He puts in a solid two-footed challenge and will end your career with a single step over while playing for Inglewood City. The rest of the staff are so nice and respectful and they can definitely win a header while popping up at back post. Absolutely top quality starting XI they have at trenz, highly recommended to anyone looking for a good hairstyle.

Angie did my hair for my wedding. Absolutely perfect, exactly what I asked for and did an amazing job on the bridesmaids too. My hair stayed put for more than 12 hours!
