Trenz Hair

This was the most negative hair experience in my life. I was insulted for wanting ash blond hair, and told that men dont get that colour. So automatically i felt uncomfortable as well as bullied for being gay. I was treated like a child and was made out that it was such a hassle to do what i wanted to my hair. The colour was all wrong and i was charged over a 100 dollars just to get tips put in and toner. The colour is terrible and i have had to spend more money to get the colour out as they didnt bother rectifying the unhappy result. My hair was not even washed, just rinsed. No head, scalp massage. I wouldnt go back if you paid me. They have no common courtesy and not helpful at all. Considering im not from Perth, it put a bad taste in my mouth with customer service/satisfaction in this city. Poor form

Been going to these great people for pretty much my entire life, and every time I walk out with a great cut, and a smile on my face. Somehow the owners remember who I am every time, despite not having gone for years at a time (lived overseas, got friends to shave my head etc.). Super friendly, all the time.Never had a bad experience here

Trenz is a world class hair salon. I’ve had many good experiences here, especially with one very quality barber that goes by the name of Gaffa Dedomenico. He cut my hair so well, and I didn’t even need shin pads! He was absolutely top class on grass and can swing a ball into the top bins with no dramas at all. He puts in a solid two-footed challenge and will end your career with a single step over while playing for Inglewood City. The rest of the staff are so nice and respectful and they can definitely win a header while popping up at back post. Absolutely top quality starting XI they have at trenz, highly recommended to anyone looking for a good hairstyle.

This is a place Perth should truly be proud of. I had read a few reviews on places to have my hair cut and decided on Trenz because it had the best reputation. I am letting you know that the hype is real!As you walk in you will immediately notice that the shop is clean and comfortably styled. On top of this the staff are genuinely friendly and will greet you with a smile. The place is popular so there were a few other clients being served, however it was well staffed so there were free staff to cut my hair immediately.The older lady (Lilli i think) was my hairdresser. I showed her the picture of the cut i wanted and she discussed how she was going to do it. She took no longer than 20 minutes before my hair looked like a mirror image of what i was after.At the end i was only charged $20 and didn't get a single product pushed onto me. I wish i could have tipped but only had my card. We hope to see you again" were their parting words. I left feeling highly appreciated by them and like i had gotten excellent value for money.This place without doubt will become my regular salon."

I have been coming to Trenz for my hair appointments for years & have enjoyed the experience every time i take my seat. The staff are friendly & engage in conversation about any topic. Christian, Lilla, the two Tonys & staff know their stuff. Been coming to Trenz for a decade or so & don't see myself going elsewhere for a haircut any time soon.

Alyssa was great, went in for a wash and blow-dry and she was so good.. Washed my hair twice because it was so dirty, hair came out so nice and smooth and clean, great price too!

Wow! is the only word for Trenz. They did a superb job on my hair and were also very friendly and accommodating, I would not hesitate in recommending anyone and everyone to get their hair done there and I will most definitely be going back and for many years to come. Thank you Trenz I feel like a million dollars...Fantastic Job!!!!!!

horrible experience. I got there and asked tony to cut 1cm off my hair as i just wanted a small trim and to make sure it kept the same style. At the end of my haircut he told me “i cut off more than an inch of hair because i didn’t think you needed it, oh and i also thinned it too”. What type of hairdresser goes against there customers orders like that. my hairstyle has completely changed and is way too short. i never asked him to thin out my hair so now it looks stupid. i will never be coming back to this place. shame
