My haircut generally consists of a Number 1, so technically not that challenging. That said, the team at Hairloom make me feel welcome, offer a cup of coffee and give their apologies for the delay - all of 10 minutes if I drop in without an appointment.The salon is bright, spacious, well laid out and clean. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Prices are very reasonable and I've always come away with a spring in my step.Recommended!

Wow! Just wow! Fantastic! Booked a “rescue appointment” to fix another botched haircut earlier in the week...I could not believe the results when I was finished! Impeccable and amazing. Connie and the team are fantastic and have an amazing skill set between them. The young lady who coloured my hair was also fantastic with great advice. I also utilised their Kerastase hair diagnosis tool, which is a camera to look at your health of your hair (very closely). I was given a new regime to “feed” my hair, and after only two weeks my hair is like silk but with great body. I’ll be back for sure. 100% recommended and ethically operated. A place you can trust.

I called Hairloom for a last minute emergency appointment as my sister had just had her hair done by another salon and it was terrible. My sister was devastated by the results. Hairloom squeezed my sister in for a last minute appointment and gave her exactly what she wanted. It made her day! Because of the big screw up we lost so much time to get her ready so we had no time to drive home so hairloom offered us a room out the back for her to get changed into her dress. She looked amazing and hairloom were great and saved the day for us. Thank you so much! Brilliant experience!

Absolutely beautiful and friendly staff, lovely welcoming salon, comfortable chairs and the best hair wash head massage ever! Will be my go to when I am in town from now on! x

Went for the first time today. Melissa was awesome. I talked through what I thought I wanted, I listened to her adaptations then she went to work. Love, love, love the stylish result. My client noticed straight away. Thanks Melissa for a very pleasant experience. Highly recommended.
